For me at least. Sweet potatoes make me swoon.<br /><br />In response to your comment on my blog, you could probably leave the pine nuts out altogether and it would be fine. Or I bet that chickpeas or white beans would be great as a thickening agent (which is essentially what the nuts are used for). Let me know how it turns out if you make the substitution!
