I'm trying to move my household (me and six and nine-year-old boys) away from processed foods, too, and it can be a struggle (Try to take their Goldfish crackers away from them. Just try). Ultimately, like everything, our diets were falling apart at the seams when I had our 7th baby and just couldn't get a list together or to the store. Love that no knead bread recipe, I was going to look for one...my oven's out but thank God I have a crockpot & a bread maker (w/o the kneading hook) so I should be able to get by for a while.Killara girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03898411873060238009noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1313143544219095171.post-32458072388429187762009-10-22T09:48:08.691-05:002009-10-22T09:48:08.691-05:00I am seeing some homemade bread in my near future!...I am seeing some homemade bread in my near future! I did just want to note that it IS possible to make yeast breads without a breadmaker! If you have a stand mixer, you could use the dough hook to cut down some of the work, but I usually knead my dough by hand and find it just as easy! Most of the "time and effort" that goes into breadmaking is really just rise time.Catehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16264419866877407201noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1313143544219095171.post-54447240655138346292009-10-22T06:47:24.484-05:002009-10-22T06:47:24.484-05:00Lots of great recipes to try out from this post - ...Lots of great recipes to try out from this post - awesome!
