Kale Chips

Easy as 1.2.3.

These are a great snack – just crunchy & salty enough to satisfy that “junk food” tooth in a healthy way!

Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1-2 bunches of kale
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • Sea salt

Directions

Step 1: Wash your kale leaves

Tear the leaves into smaller sections & place them on a cookie sheet.

Step 2: Spray your kale leaves with olive oil and sprinkle them with sea salt.

Step 3: Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes; flip them over and bake for 5 minutes more.

Tada!

Kale chips are best enjoyed fresh, but will keep for 1-3 days in an airtight container.

Happy Snacking!

  1. I really like the look of these; healthy snack food is a win-win in my book! So sorry I missed your round-up. I've been a bit behind with the holidays. I hope you have a wonderful new year and I look forward to sharing more with you in the weeks to come. :)

  2. I adore Kale chips...you can make many different varieties. For instance, I make a curry and coconut variety that is simply delicious! You can try lost of different combos:)

  3. Mmmm I LOVE kale chips!!! Another thing you can try, my best friend loves to do this, is make "broccoli chips" - she does it the same way you'd make your kale chips but subs slices of broccoli florets for the kale. They are VERY yummy! Also, I love to crush up my leftover kale chips and sprinkle them over stove-popped popcorn. :) Thanks for sharing!
