  1. I have enjoyed your series, it has validated the way we vacation. We, a family of four, have always brought most of our food and have always enjoyed cooking while away, luckily my husband loves to cook and does most of it. We find that it is not only economical, but so relaxing and stress-free. I always chuckle to myself when I hear others say" I am on vacation, I don't want to cook." I think, you want to spend lots of money in a crowded restaurant for food that is not as good as what you can make?
I enjoy your blog. Thank you
