We just had to BBQ burgers and make a no-bake cheesecake to celebrate.

I tried your recipe here and made a cheesecake with it.

AWESOME!!!!! I am happy to report that thanks to you, I have another recipe to add to my list of things "I will never buy in the box again!"

My husband is hard to convince as he just wants what he grew up eating and that was lots of times out of a box. However, he loved this! We both agree it's better than any no bake cheesecake we've ever tasted!

It really turned out wonderful!

Thank you again for all of the great recipes you put out here for us!

I plan to add this recipe to my blog - my girls love to try the things I'm making at home so you will find it there this week.

Happy Monday!Ginahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10794545479457503891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1313143544219095171.post-72328022398310914982013-02-10T14:29:48.102-06:002013-02-10T14:29:48.102-06:00This is the first cheesecake, I ever made and it i...This is the first cheesecake, I ever made and it is still my favorite. I also wasn't sure how to get cream cheese mixed into something as light as whipped cream. Duh... you whip the cream cheese first. Thanks for sharing!
