What a week! We got walloped by a big snowstorm on Thursday night, just literally a few minutes after pulling in the driveway after I picked Frog Prince up at the airport. It was so big we lost power for 5 hours on Thursday night, and it warranted a snow day on Friday.
It sure is pretty though!
Our menu highlight from last week was the Olive Garden Copy-Cat recipe for Garlic Chicken con Broccoli. Yum. That recipe is coming soon.
