Beef and Noodle Bowl

For a good quasi-Asian dish, we like this one! Plus, it's nut-free - which is a rarity when it comes to Asian food :) We've modified it to our liking...

Beef and Noodle Bowl - Kraft Foods (Modified by SnoWhite and Frog Prince)

1/2 lb. linguine, uncooked
3 C broccoli florets
3 carrots, peeled and sliced (about 1.5 C)
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1/4 C Kraft Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 C Soy Sauce, low sodium

Cook pasta in a large saucepan as directed on package. Add vegetables to the boiling water for the last 5-7 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat a non-stick skillet and add meat. Cook until meat is browned on all sides, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing and soy sauce; cooking 2 minutes, or until sauce is thickened.

Drain pasta and veggies, and add meat mixture; toss to coat. Enjoy!
