1 C flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

half of a 1/3 C olive oil
Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add in the shredded cheese and stir to coat.

ReplyDeleteThese really look delicious. Thanks for the recipe.
ReplyDeleteGuess what I am eating right now? They are delicious! Matt loves them too, so we basically eat them as a snack, as they are not oily (like Red Lobster's) and they kinda taste like cheese-its:)) Or maybe that is because I cooked them too long and ours are abit crunchy:)) Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI agree -- we thought they tasted like cheese-its too :)
