We have a slightly different version of the standard "supreme" pizza -- one that we love because it's full of good veggies and still tastes wonderful.
Supreme Pizza - The Family
1 recipe no-rise whole wheat pizza crust
3-4 T tomato paste
Italian seasoning, to taste
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
8 oz fresh, or frozen (thawed and drained) spinach
~24 slices of Turkey pepperoni
1 medium bell pepper, diced (tiny!)
1 medium tomato, diced (tiny!)
Extra sharp cheddar cheese
Prepare the pizza crust as directed. Roll out into two pizzas (if you like a thinner crust).
Then, spread each pizza with tomato paste and season with Italian seasonings.
Then, layer mushrooms, spinach, bell pepper, tomato, and pepperoni over the pizza.
Top with cheeses, as you desire.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, until toppings are browned to your liking!
