Merry Monday Memories #2

On this beautiful Monday morning {15 inches of snow here!}, we’re sharing another round of our favorite Christmas eats!

If you missed last week, be sure to check out the post for my mom’s famous fudge recipe {amazing as a Christmas gift!}, Caramelitas and Anise Cookies!

1. Snow Tea

This “tea” is simply a warm vanilla milk, and it’s amazing.  Perfect for a snowy morning.

2. Dark Chocolate Toffee Bites {aka, Christmas “crack”}

We’ve made this recipe a lot healthier than the original and it still tastes amazing and is highly addicting.  You’ll want to make a double batch of this treat.

3. Whole Wheat Molasses Crinkles

These cookies are absolutely amazing.  By far they are our favorite Christmas cookie – a must make each year.  We end up making about 3 batches by the time things are all said and done.  We just can’t get enough.  And, because they are made with whole wheat flour, they are a healthier Christmas treat too!

4. Chipper Crinkle Cookies

These are my favorite from when I was a little girl!  Chocolate-y cookies, dark chocolate chips and powdered sugar.  Yum.  Like mint?  Try the mint version

5. Caramel Cranberry Chex Mix

This stuff is dangerously addicting.  We’ve added popped popcorn after cooking too for more of a sweet/salty combo and loved the results.

Thanks for joining us for this addition of Merry Monday Memories!

  1. Oh I'm a little jealous of your snow, friend! I know we will get our fair share, but none so far! :)

    Enjoy cuddling with your man with a cup of that snow tea. Sounds delicious!
