Menu Plan–January 20

Another Sunday here – time to plan once again for our week.  Menu planning is key for our family to be able to eat well, save money and be out the door to our commitments on time!

I share our menu here weekly for inspiration for others as well as a place for me to keep track of what we’re eating.

Last week, we greatly enjoyed our Winter Baked Ziti.  I hadn’t made this in a long time and it was tasty.  We changed things up a little bit adding some cottage cheese to the noodles, and wow – loved that addition.

This week, we’re eating:

Sunday
Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Crockpot Rotisserie Chicken {new}, Squash & Garlic-Parmesan Potatoes {new}

To do: Make Chicken Stock, thaw Italian sausages

Monday
English Muffins (breakfast sandwiches, perhaps?)
Lazy Sunday Casserole {new}

To do: Prep veggies for soup

Tuesday
Cinnamon Raisin French Toast
Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup

To do: Nothing.

Wednesday
Leftover French Toast or English Muffins
Leftovers

Bible Study: Apple Carrot & Zucchini Muffins

To do: Make muffins for Bible study

Thursday

Crockpot Chicken & Mushroom Pot Pie {new}

  3. I love how your prepping the veggies and other items the day before. Great idea! I'm assuming your doing this at your leisure instead of rushing around during preparing that nights dinner.
