When it was snowing last week and we had a snow day I thought that would be the last of the white fluffy precipitation for this season. Nope. It’s snowing again. Will spring ever arrive?!
My finds this week are all foods I would be eating if my grill wasn’t covered in 6+ inches of snow:

Carrot Fries – My blogging friend Haley shared these delicious fries made from carrots! I’ve made green bean fries, but never thought about carrots. Get the recipe for carrot fries here. Pin the recipe here.
Clubhouse Turkey Burger – Kristin from Iowa Girl Eats made these awesome looking burgers filled with cheese, bacon and BBQ sauce. Get the Clubhouse Turkey Burger recipe here. Pin the recipe here.
Rhubarb Ginger Crumble – For dessert, this ginger rhubarb crumble from Brown Eyed Baker would be perfect. I learned a few years ago that I love rhubarb and ginger together in this amazing cheesecake. I think this crumble will make a few appearances at our table this summer.
What did you find this week?

So sorry it is still snowing. I love snow but at this point in the year I'm done with it. Spring has finally come to NY we just need a little more rain. Have a lovely weekend and thanks for the party.
