Spiced Whipped Cream

My best friend is a whipped cream fanatic :)

She once ordered a cup of hot chocolate and asked for lots of whipped cream… the waiter brought her a second cup, just full of whipped cream.

I wish I didn’t live 600+ miles from her because I’d actually bring her a cup of this whipped cream, rather than just post tempting photos of it.

  2. Oooh, this version of spiced whipped cream sounds good too! I usually just add honey and cinnamon to mine-super yummy on a hot peach cobler :-)

  5. I made a maple bourbon whip cream to top off my pumpkin pie this year.
    1 T. of vanilla
    2 T. of maple syrup
    2 T. of Bourbon
    1/2 cup heavy cream
And then just beat until soft peaks form.
It taste great and really complemented the flavors of the pumpkin.
