Friday, March 2, 2012. Really?!?! When did that happen? Since our first “major snowstorm” of the entire winter happened this week, and by major I mean we got mostly rain with about 4 inches of snow – heavy, wet snow – I’m finding it hard to believe that we are heading full force into spring.
Nonetheless, March brings forth likely the last good soup weather, March madness and, of course, spring break! These eats will surely help on all accounts: {Note: all photos are from the author of the recipes, linked from Pinterest}
