From the Archives: Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cake

If you're still looking for a great Valentine's Day dessert, I highly recommend this amazing dark chocolate raspberry cake.


Frog Prince and I make a half recipe in a 9-inch pie plate for an extra special treat.  I think it would be a delight to share with your sweetie this evening for Valentine's Day.


The dessert is easy -- melt a little salted butter (yes, salted is best) in a pan, mix up the batter and pour it in.  Use all whole wheat or white whole wheat flour for an extra special treat for a healthy-heart!  Then, top with berries and anti-oxidant rich dark chocolate.


Oh. My.
