Mrs. Dash Irish Beef Dish

From Irish Beef Stew

In honor of St. Patrick's day, we'll dish up and Irish Stew! This recipe is super easy and delicious with lots of flavor.

Mrs. Dash Isrish Beef Stew

1 tsp. olive oil
2 lbs. stew beef, cut into cubes
1 14oz can low sodium beef broth
1 heaping capful of Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend (we use less)
4 medium onions, cut into quarters
3-4 medium potatoes
6 medium carrots, cut into chunks
1 C frozen peas

Heat oil in pan and add beef; brown on all sides. Add beef broth, and seasoning blend.

*I'd like to try to make this in the crockpot... but haven't ventured there just yet.

  4. I make the crock-pot version of this, only my recipe calls for frozen green beans and no peas. Yummy!
