Whole Wheat Oatmeal Cookies

From Whole Wheat Oatmeal Cookies

I've been interested in trying a cookie with whole wheat flour, so when I saw this recipe last week, I added it to our recipe box, and it was selected for our Bible study treat this week. When they came out of the oven, Frog Prince gobbled up a handful of these cookies... before I had to gently remind him that these cookies are for Bible study!

I made a half batch, because we always like our cookies fresh :)

2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 C oats (I used old fashioned oats)
