Oreo Bombs
1 pkg. reduced fat Oreos
1 8 oz pkg. reduced fat (or fat free) cream cheese
Bakers dark chocolate (or almond bark, or white chocolate)
Finely crush Oreos in a food processor. Add softened cream cheese and mix well. Roll mixture into balls and chill on cookie sheets.
When cooled and stiff (because cream cheese re-hardens), melt chocolate (I love Hershey's Dark Chocolate!!) and dip balls into the chocolate. Cool and let harden on waxed paper.
Store in the refrigerator and enjoy room temperature or cold. (I actually like them better cold).
