Breaded Chicken Fingers
Trying something different... breaded chicken fingers!
Breaded Chicken Fingers
6-8 chicken tenders
1/4 C bread crumbs
sea salt
pepper
2 T butter, melted
Mozzarella cheese, shredded (optional)
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning (optional)
Melt butter and pour into a 9x13 glass pan.
Mix bread crumbs with salt and pepper; if desired, add Italian seasonings.
Rinse chicken tenders in water, and drip to coat in bread crumbs.
Place chicken fingers into 9x13 pan and arrange so that they are not overlapping.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken fingers over, and continue baking for 10 minutes until chicken is done.
Optional -- cover with mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

I love chicken fingers. They are one of my guilty pleasures. Every so often I just HAVE to have wendy's chicken fingers.
ReplyDeleteI keep telling myself I should make these myself, my kids love chicken fingers, but I keep buying them in a box - looks great
ReplyDeleteI've been too lazy to ever make my own, but after seeing that they're not too hard maybe I'll have to give them a try.
ReplyDeleteThose look so yummy!
ReplyDeleteThis looks so good! My kid's are going to love this!
ReplyDeletemmmm youre making me hungry too early in the morning :)
ReplyDeletewhen i make these i put them on a wire rack on a foil-covered baking sheet. it makes them really nice and crispy and helps the juices drain. also it helps to keep the batter on the chicken instead of on the foil.
