Although a fire pit is nice, and a campfire preferred, sometimes you just don’t have access to either.
I’ve seen some roast marshmallows over a gas stove top, but, what’s a girl to do if her stove is electric?
Make indoor s’mores in the oven.
Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it.
Less than 5 minutes, and your marshmallow even gets toasty!
- Graham crackers
- Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate (chips or bar)
- (for an extra special treat, if you’re not allergic, peanut butter!)
Arrange graham cracker halves on a cookie sheet. Top each half with dark chocolate and marshmallows.
Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, until marshmallows are slightly toasted. Don’t leave them there too long or you’ll have a burnt marshmallow and/or graham cracker!
Carefully remove the tray from the oven. Top with the remaining graham cracker halves.
