Menu Plan–October 13

Friday brought fall break to the Finding Joy in My Kitchen household.  Frog Prince and I took advantage of the day off and went to see some fall colors – on the trees & in the sunrise.

We arrived home late Friday night, and I was thankful we had this Roasted Vegetable Lasagna in the fridge for leftovers.  Yum.

Then, for dessert, we topped it off with leftover Caramel Apple Cheesecake with Crumble Topping.  It was a great end to a fantastic day of fall colors.

  1. Love having homemade granola for breakfast. It with yogurt is my go-to. Oh my goodness, that cheesecake looks amazing. Yum!
