Here we are at the beginning of May – I can’t believe it. Time is flying so quickly by and we are left with 2 weeks of school before finals week. When you work with students for 16 weeks, these last few are bitter sweet. I am looking forward to finishing things up on the coming two weeks.
My dive into monthly menu planning has been going well. Our first menu went very smoothly and now we are on to week 2. I loved not having to spend time planning the menu this week.

To do: Thaw steak, dice peppers
Friday
Crockpot Steak Fajitas, Whole Wheat Tortillas

Saturday
Roasted Vegetable Mac & Cheese
To do: Nothing!
