Happy Thanksgiving weekend!
We had a lovely long weekend, celebrating the many things we have to be thankful, and our great God to whom we are most thankful.
Of course the food was delicious too. And, the leftovers oh, so delicious.
We wrapped up the weekend with our Christmas baking day… delicious goodies are ready to share!
Our menu for the first week of December looks like this:

Sweet Potato Risotto
To do: Nothing
Wednesday
Apple, Carrot & Zucchini Muffins {freezer}, Applesauce
Leftovers
To do: Thaw ground turkey for meatloaf
Thursday
Pumpkin Spice Granola with Craisins
BBQ Turkey Meatloaf
To do: Prep veggies for soup
Friday
Pumpkin Spice Granola with Craisins
Winter Minestrone Soup
To do: Make bagel dough
Saturday
Bagels with cream cheese
Baked Ziti Stuffed Peppers
