From The Archives: Stew

If you're stopping by this afternoon, welcome!  On Monday afternoons we're rolling back the clocks a bit at Finding Joy in My Kitchen to take a peek into the archives.  If you missed last Monday, make sure you check out an easy and tasty alternative to marinade chicken.

This week, I pulled a recipe from the archives that's actually on our dinner menu this week!  This chicken stew recipe was one of the first "creations" in our kitchen.

Frog Price wanted a meal with many veggies, and this was what we had on hand!  Tomatoes, carrots, zucchini, potatoes and of course mushrooms.  It's delicious over brown rice, or with a yummy crusty bread.

It's fun to look back and see that this dish is still one we love, especially at this time of the year.

  1. Wow! It must be nice to have a hubby who actually requests a meal with veggies. My hubby says the less the better! :)
