St. Patrick's Day Recipes

Seeing as Thursday is St. Patrick's Day, this week's From The Archives features some of our favorite St. Partick's Day Dishes!

Use the leftovers to make a delicious Soda Bread {Buttermilk} French Toast!
(Think Buttermilk Pancakes meet French Toast!)

Hope that inspires you!  I bought fresh buttermilk today and can't wait to have Irish Soda Bread this week -- along with the leftover bread French Toast.

What's on your St. Patty's Day Menu?

  1. I will be making homemade potato pancakes and applesauce for St. Patrick's Day dinner. We are not big Corned Beef and cabbage eaters :) I will also make Irish Soda Bread from the recipe my mother-in-law gave me. It comes from her friend's mother who was straight from Ireland :) I love it with soft butter spread on it. Yum!
