Menu Plan - April 25




Hope you all had a wonderful Easter!
Frog Prince and I celebrated with our family - and enjoyed some amazing food.

Breakfast was our favorite Berry Crumble.



Lunch and Dinner consisted of ham and green beans, along with

Cheesy Easter Potatoes



Deviled Eggs



Whole Wheat Carrot Zucchini Cake



During the rest of the week, we enjoyed:

Cheesy Ham and Potato Soup
{great for Eater leftovers!}



Chicken Florentine Rice Bake
{new}



Baked Veggie Sandwiches
{and Sweet Potato Fries}



Pepperoni Grilled Cheese
{new}




{with peas}




Banana Blueberry Raspberry Muffins
{new}


Frog Prince is traveling again this week {hopefully, this is the last of his every-other-week traveling bit that has been going on since January 1st!}, and I have a semi-busy week, so dinners are easy healthy this week.  

Monday
B - Leftover Muffins
L - Egg Salad Sandwiches, carrots
D - Ham and Broccoli Calzones {new}


Tuesday
B - 1-minute cran-apple crisp
D - Leftovers


Wednesday
B - Buttermilk Pancakes with Fresh Strawberries
D - Cheesy Ham and Pasta Bake

Thursday
B - Granola and Smoothies
D - Green Pasta Skillet, tomato slices {or spaghetti squash spaghetti}

Friday
B - Egg Sandwiches, strawberries
D - Crockpot Turkey, steamed veggies

Saturday
B - TBD
D - Leftovers
