Countdown to 2012: Best Main Dishes of 2011

I hope you all are enjoying this countdown as much as I am!  Your recipes are really fantastic, and I’m feeling inspired to try new dishes in 2012.

  7. Zucchini burgers...wow I've never seen anything like this before. I wonder if I could use leftover chicken, pulsed a few times in the blender instead of canned chicken.

  9. Thanks again for hosting. I am having so much fun with this. Your Parmesan Chicken, Tater Tot Casserole and Pizza Pockets are definitely going on my "to make" list. I must try your homemade tater tots. They seem a little easier than other recipes I have seen. Oh, and I want to do the bacon wrapped turkey next time I roast one. Now off to see other's posts.
