Another Sunday here – time to plan once again for our week. Menu planning is key for our family to be able to eat well, save money and be out the door to our commitments on time!
I share our menu here weekly for inspiration for others as well as a place for me to keep track of what we’re eating.
Last week, we greatly enjoyed our Winter Baked Ziti. I hadn’t made this in a long time and it was tasty. We changed things up a little bit adding some cottage cheese to the noodles, and wow – loved that addition.

To do: Make Chicken Stock, thaw Italian sausages
Monday
English Muffins (breakfast sandwiches, perhaps?)

Tuesday

Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup
To do: Nothing.
Wednesday

ReplyDeleteI have seen lots of versions of that dutch pancake recipe floating around and have been dying to try it! You'll have to share how you liked it - it looks so good!!!
ReplyDeleteI love how your prepping the veggies and other items the day before. Great idea! I'm assuming your doing this at your leisure instead of rushing around during preparing that nights dinner.
