We had a really fun long weekend! It started with the state synchronized swimming meet on Friday, commencement for my first group of seniors on Saturday and concluded with two back-to-back BBQs on Sunday and Monday. We are stuffed and blessed.

Tuesday
Chicken, Mushroom & Brown Rice Bake
To do: Thaw chicken; prep brown rice bake in the AM
Wednesday
Pretzel Crusted Chicken with Beer Cheese Sauce {new}, steamed veggies
To do: Nothing
Thursday
Leftovers
To do: Thaw Canadian bacon
Friday
Pizza Roll Ups, salad
Saturday
Baked Veggie Sandwiches and Sweet Potato Fries
