We’ve reached the end of the semester – the end of half of my 5th year as a college professor. Simply amazing and humbling to me. I give my finals at the end of the week, so that means I have some time earlier in the week to get my classes ready for the spring term. I am thankful for that time, because we all know once we leave for Christmas very little work gets done!

Crockpot Busy Day Soup, Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls
To do: Thaw chicken
Thursday – Finals
Granola with Cherries
Chicken Parmesan Wraps, Green Beans
To do: Thaw beef, slice peppers
Friday – Commencement
Granola with Cherries
Crockpot Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches
To do: make bagel dough
Saturday – Life Group Party
Bagels
