We've decided to start our Christmas baking... that way we can enjoy each cookie and not have them all around at once!

ReplyDeleteTo answer your question...no I don't make broth/stock from the bones. I am one of those people that really can't stand dealing with the bones from any meat and to be totally honest I don't like dealing with raw meat either but one has got to eat and feed her family. The less I need to deal with meat bones the better. :) So I just save the broth/stock from cooking the meat and make sure that all the meat is off the bones and then the bones are dumped in trash. I am really bad and don't even do anything with the giblets(if any) that come with the whole chickens or turkeys.
