This past week was the end of Frog Prince's traveling season. Or, so we pray. It's been tough having him gone nearly every-other-week since right after the new year. But, God has sustained us, and we are looking forward to some quality time together in the coming weeks.
While he was away, I didn't do a whole lot of cooking. In fact, we pretty much ate leftovers... all. week. long.

ReplyDeleteI have leftover buttermilk pancakes on my menu for this week too (for dinner, though!). Sometimes the simplest things are the best.
ReplyDeleteSweet Potato Oatmeal sounds like it just might be the best thing ever. :)
Hi Sno White,
ReplyDeleteYour menu looks great, I am looking forward to the Ham and Veggie Calzone, can't wait for the recipe. Thank you for sharing and have a wonderful week!
Your week looks yummy, I am going to have to try to make your Breakfast Pockets, they look good and easy to freeze and reheat.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the ideas,
elena
Those breakfast pockets sound great -- I wonder if they can be made GF. I must scour the web! Thx for the idea :)
