These are a few of our favorite…leftover recipes!

We love all the goodies we can use the leftovers of our Thanksgiving eats in… from breakfasts to dinners, we can use up just about every little dab of food leftover from the feast.

If you have leftover sweet potato casserole, toss it into one of these tasty breakfast dishes – sweet potato baked oatmeal, anyone?

Or, pumpkin spice bagels

If you have sweet potatoes & cranberries, make these muffins:

For leftover turkey, we recommend:

Our favorite Turkey-Day Leftover Dish is this broccoli, turkey hotdish.  It uses us your leftover turkey as well as your leftover stuffing!  Yum!!!

And, of course you still have your turkey bones, right?  Make a HUGE pot of this delicious soup, then.

  1. Yum! I love Thanksgiving leftovers :) My dad usually makes "Fried Turkey Sandwiches" the day after...he just tosses some in a cast iron skillet with some of his special spices and sauces, and then we eat it sandwich style. SO good! :)

  4. Thanks for all the great ideas! Love those potato doughnuts. My favorite is the leftover sandwich! It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without at least one of those

  5. Okay, so we finished off our mashed potatoes yesterday, but I'm tempted to make some more just so I can try those potato donuts. Have you ever had lefse? It reminds me of lefse in a donut...yum! - liz @ carpeseason
