Hope your Easter was fantastic! Today, I wanted to highlight a few fun ways to use your ham in delicious leftovers.
Cheesy Ham & Pasta Bake - This recipe is a family favorite. We love the combination of cheddar cheese, ham and whole wheat pasta. It’s excellent with mushrooms, but if they aren’t your thing, leave them out.
Minnesota Wild Rice Soup – If the weather is still chilly where you are, you must make this soup. Creamy. Filling. And, with a hint of nutty wild rice mixed in.
Cheesy Cauliflower Ham Bake – A different dish that combines with ham and Swiss cheese with a yummy cauliflower sauce.
Broccoli, Pea & Ham “Hot Pockets” – Try these on your family. They’ll love them. You will too because you can make up a bunch and freeze them for quick dinners.
Ham and Garden Veggie Garden Shell – Easy. Just like mac & cheese, but with ham and more veggies. Your kids will love it.
Ham & Mushroom Omelet – Use up leftover ham for breakfast too!
Ham & Asparagus Quiche – Amazing. Good for dinner or breakfast.
Ham Primavera – Delicious veggies sautéed with garlic and ham, served over sour cream noodles (substitute Greek Yogurt for sour cream, if desired)!
