Menu Plan–Oct. 26

We have had an absolutely stunning fall.  I have to keep reminding myself that soon, all too soon, the leaves will be down and snow will be coming.  But, until then, I am enjoying every second.  Lots of walks outside, windows open and grilled pizza. 

Today I had the pleasure of throwing a baby shower for a dear friend of mine.  We used a time of day theme, and had guests bring a gift for a particular time of day.

Our foods were all centered around a time too: Tea time, dessert time, midnight snack time, dinner time, and snack time!

Sunday – Laurie’s Baby Shower!
Honey Whole Wheat Bagels with Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese {new}
Lazy Day Casserole, Brussels sprouts
To do: Thaw Italian sausage, slice mushrooms, prep brown rice bake

Pumpkin Spice Granola
Chicken, Mushroom & Brown Rice Bake
To do: make fall treats, make extra rice + wild rice

Tuesday – Life Group
Honey Whole Wheat Bagels with Fried Eggs
Veggie Lasagna Soup {new}
Life Group Treats: Fall cookies & Apple Cider

Leftover Pumpkin Pancakes with Apple Topping
To do: Thaw chicken

Pumpkin Spice Granola
Cheesy Chicken & Wild Rice Casserole
To do: Thaw squash puree

Friday – Halloween!
Leftover Whole Wheat Buttermilk Waffles {freezer}
Roasted Butternut Squash Lasagna
To do: Thaw Italian sausage

Apple Cider Donuts
Wintry Baked Ziti
To do:

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cranberry Bread {freezer}
Kale Chips
