Menu Plan - August 2

We've arrived at our destination...!

The weekend travels were wonderful and we had a delightful time.  Although the goodbyes were sad, we're excited for a new beginning.

Amidst the travels and packing last week, we enjoyed:

Cherry Pancakes
{recipe to come}

Zucchini Mozzarella Melts
{recipe to come}

Veggie Scramble

Blueberry Zucchini Muffins
{recipe to come}

Cherry Coffee Cake

BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
on whole wheat rolls

{with broccoli and red pepper}

Monday, we close on our house... and then we start the unpacking process.  So, I'll be taking a few days off from blogging while we get settled.

In the meantime -- check out my recipe index.  In each category, I've highlighted a recipe with a photo, and also indicated which ones are our favorites!

Or, if you're looking for a recipe with a particular ingredient -- check out the "ingredients" of interest.  For example, spinach, cauliflower, cherries, apples, or even any recipe made with my favorite pantry staple: oats!

On our menu this week:

sandwiches
crockpot BBQ chicken legs and rice
crackers (new cheesy crackers!)
carrot sticks
chex mix
fresh fruits and veggies
yummy oatmeal cookies

Oh, and likely some homemade ice cream when my ice cream maker arrives!!
