It’s a winter wonderland here! 10+ inches on the ground and counting. It’s absolutely beautiful, and the timing couldn’t be more perfect. I’m ready for winter.

This week is finals week for the students at my institution; mine are Thursday & Friday. I’m looking forward to having a week to wrap up the semester and prepare for my food course for January term. We’ll keep things simple for meals this week:
