Frog Prince and I just returned from a wonderful weekend up north – enjoying fall colors and lots of hiking.
We are back and ready for another busy week.
But, we are loving apple season! This apple topping has made an almost daily appearance. I may have eaten an entire bowlful topped with granola for breakfast. Tastes just like apple crisp.
Oh, and then there are these caramel apple cheesecake bars (made over, of course – but you won’t know the difference). Yum-o.
