Menu Plan–Christmas Week!

Christmas week is here!  As we lit the 4th advent candle in church this weekend, I couldn’t help but reflect on how fast this month has gone.  As of Friday, I am completely done with my final grades and ready for some time off.  What a wonderful feeling. 

So far, we’ve celebrated Christmas with our Life Group from church, with our neighbors and our long-time family friends from synchronized swimming.  We hosted on Friday night with a cookies and hot cocoa bar.  It was great fun. 

This week, we’re eating some of our favorite Christmas foods & really looking forward to the Countdown to 2014.  I do hope you will join us. 


Kris Kringle Pancakes with Apple Topping
Ham & Potato Casserole, steamed veggies

To do: Prep veggies from Boeuf Bourguignon, make mint ice cream cake

Tuesday {Christmas Eve}
Gingerbread Scones with Snow Tea
Mom’s Chili and French Bread

To do: Thaw beef, make Christmas Eggs, make three cheese ziti

Wednesday {Christmas}
Christmas Eggs & Leftover Gingerbread Scones
Crockpot Boeuf Bourguignon with French Bread
Mint Ice Cream Cake {new} for Jesus’ Birthday!

To do: Nothing!

Buttermilk Waffles with Raspberry Sauce {freezer}
Three Cheese Ziti, Garlic Bread & Steamed Broccoli

To do: nothing!

Easy Stuffed-Crust Pizza

To do: Nothing!

Wild Rice Soup, Artisan Bread

To do: Cook wild rice & make up bread dough by 1pm.
