ReplyDeleteI hope you don't mind, I entered 2 desserts. My kids' favorites and mine. I asked my kids what their favorite dessert was and they ALL said, "Booger Pie". Despite the horrible name and it's extreme simplicity, it is actually quite good. MY favorite are the coconut macaroons. Thank you for all the goodies you posted, I'm going to go back and check them out more (and drool a bit). :-)
