  1. Hello, I'm stopping by from Organizing Junkie today.
    Happy Anniversary!
Your dad looks so surprised! That's so sweet that you blessed him with a surprise birthday party.
You have some wonderful meals planned this week.
The humidity has arrived in Las Vegas. It has me wishing for our dry hot days.
    Enjoy your week!

  2. i tried the zucchini mac n' cheese for the first time this weekend and it was delicious! i tweaked it a little by skipping the baking step and blanching the shredded zucchini with the pasta for a minute at the tail end of the pasta cooking time, but it worked fabulously and it was creamy and wonderful. great sauce! the bonus: my better half doesn't like mac n' cheese, so i got to eat it all myself over a few days. sounds like a good deal to me!

  3. Lots of going on in your house!
The zucchini pasta looks healthy and delicious.

  4. Oh friend, happy anniversary week!!! How exciting - 5 years?!?! What a milestone! Are you guys doing anything fun to celebrate?
