Easter week is here! I am so excited. Sunday brings my favorite holiday and I get to host our Easter brunch after church this year.
Be sure to stop back this week as I share some Easter-specific recipes this week. I already shared 25 Easter recipes earlier today, but get ready for some fun ones coming this week.
Before we jump into this week’s menu, I have to say we made a new casserole last week that Frog Prince and I really enjoyed. Un-stuffed Cabbage Casserole. If you missed it, you can get that recipe here.
We also celebrated my mom’s birthday on Saturday and I brought the mixed berry no-bake cheesecake. We can’t get enough of this dessert; its our third time making it in less than a month.
Oh, and one more yummy dinner from the archives we brought back last week - Smothered Aussie Chicken. I forgot how good this recipe is – we had not made it in years. That will change.
Our Easter menu, served alongside ham, looks something like this:

Easter is my favorite holiday, too. I'll be making ham in the crock pot for the first time, was excited to see that that's how you do it!
