This past week I was seriously lacking in the cooking motivation department... but, I'm feeling a little more motivated this week, as I'm looking forward to the delicious eats come Easter Sunday!

I still want to try your baked veggie sandwiches! We celebrate the memorial of Christs death rather than the resurrection which was tonight. It was a wonderful meeting! Hope next Sunday goes well for you, you'll certainly be eating well! :-)
