The last week of June, already?! The good news... Frog Prince is done traveling for a month and we are looking forward to enjoying summer together. Last week, we enjoyed:

how was the slow cooker parm chicken? was it still crispy?

ReplyDeleteThe crockpot chicken parm is not still crunchy -- but I don't mind. The chicken is so tender and the flavors are awesome. I don't typically like chicken parm b/c the chicken tends to be dry, so I think that's why I love this recipe. Using Panko bread crumbs helps -- but for the crunch you'll want to just sprinkle some crumbs on the top.
