Menu Plan–March 11

I know spring is still a few weeks away, but this weather here in the great white north is AMAZING.  Yesterday – 66 degrees.  Today, 65 degrees.  Yes, I opened the windows – the smell of fresh air is something refreshing & beautiful.  Thus, our menu ideas this week have spring written all over them… in fact, we’re likely to grill this week too, with forecasted highs near 70.

Before we get to that, here’s what we ate last week:

Now, onto our last week before spring break:

Apple Cider Doughnuts
Meatball Tortellini Soup, Wheat Buttermilk Bread

Oatmeal Cookie Pancakes {new}
Balsamic Crusted Chicken {using pork instead} & Wild Rice Pepper Salad

Granola & Yogurt with fresh fruit
Brats, 40-minute whole wheat hotdog buns, pickles, sweet potato fries

Leftover pancakes {freezer}
Grilled Ham & Cheese Sandwiches, green beans
Bible Study – Green & White Cake {new}

Granola, milk & dried fruit

Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes, fruit
Grilled Pizza, carrot fries {new}

Saturday – St. Patrick’s Day!
