Menu Plan–March 11

I know spring is still a few weeks away, but this weather here in the great white north is AMAZING.  Yesterday – 66 degrees.  Today, 65 degrees.  Yes, I opened the windows – the smell of fresh air is something refreshing & beautiful.  Thus, our menu ideas this week have spring written all over them… in fact, we’re likely to grill this week too, with forecasted highs near 70. 

Before we get to that, here’s what we ate last week:

Now, onto our last week before spring break: 

Sunday
Apple Cider Doughnuts
Meatball Tortellini Soup, Wheat Buttermilk Bread

Monday
Oatmeal Cookie Pancakes {new}
Balsamic Crusted Chicken {using pork instead} & Wild Rice Pepper Salad

Tuesday
Granola & Yogurt with fresh fruit
Brats, 40-minute whole wheat hotdog buns, pickles, sweet potato fries

Wednesday
Leftover pancakes {freezer}
Grilled Ham & Cheese Sandwiches, green beans
Bible Study – Green & White Cake {new}

Thursday
Granola, milk & dried fruit
Leftovers

Friday
Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes, fruit
Grilled Pizza, carrot fries {new}

Saturday – St. Patrick’s Day!
TBD
Very Green Soup, Irish Soda Bread
Irish Beef Stew
Mint Dark Chocolate Squares

  2. Every thing looks great! We're going to be getting some warm weather in our area too, so I have grilling out planned TWO times this week. My family cant wait.
