Menu Plan–March 10

This week is spring break week!  And, although I am tempted to take a week off from menu planning, I know that I will ultimately eat better and make better use of my time this week if I just sit down and plan

Somehow having the plan, even if we deviate from it (which is often the case) makes the week run much smoother.

  1. What a yummy week you have ahead friend! That picture of those waffles is making my mouth drool! YUM-O!

  2. Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your blog and recipes. My grandsons asked for pancakes yesterday morning; I went right to your recipes to search and chose Fluffy Apple Cinnamon pancakes. I used half spelt and half white flour and chose not to make the syrup. With only 1 Tbs of sugar and unsweetened applesauce they were a big hit! Thank you again.

  3. Wow! You make a really pretty waffle!

PS-you should do a post on your kitchen reorganization project! I'm in the same boat and I'm self-admittedly a horrible organizer ;-)

Thanks for stopping by! I'd love to hear from you; especially how you're finding JOY in your kitchen.
