It has been quiet around here, although not intentionally! I had hoped to share some new recipes last week, but time got away from me as I worked hard with colleagues on a project. We got to see some friends at the end of last week, and the worked in our basement over the weekend.
I took a new sweet and sour grilled chicken packet recipe (and our favorite rhubarb cake, photo above) to our friend’s house on Thursday night, and made our favorite lasagna for Friday night. Our friends joined us for dinner and we played games (Race for the Galaxy and Bohnanza).

To do: Make granola (3-4 batches) & granola bars

To do: Make bread, get groceries, wash & prep fruit; make rice Krispie bars

To do: make bars, make pancake mix & baked oatmeal mix
Thursday
Granola Breakfast Bar (Granola, Yogurt, Fresh Fruit)
Lasagna Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms, Salad
Raspberry Rhubarb Shortcake
To do: Thaw chicken
Friday
Berry Baked Oatmeal, OJ
Smokehouse Maple Chicken Fajitas, Roasted Asparagus
Indoor S’mores
Saturday
Crockpot Breakfast Casserole, OJ
Burgers and Roasted Veggies, Corn on the Cob, Potato Fries
