Menu Plan - Oct. 4

Today, my little sister turns 22!!!! Seriously, this cannot be. Wasn't she just this size?



I wish we were around to celebrate with her, and make her dinner. But, we're thinking of her and hoping to see her soon!!



This week is also full of exciting things... as Frog Prince defends his dissertation on Monday!!!!!!! By Monday evening, Lord willing, I will be married to Dr. Frog Prince! And, over the weekend, Frog Prince's sister is getting married :)

But, before we get to the goodies we'll be enjoying this week; here's what was cooking for us last week:
























Here's what's on our menu this week:

Breakfasts
Yogurt
Apple Muffins (new)
Apple Cinnamon Rolls (new)


Lunches
French Bread Pizza (new)
Leftover soups/stews
Carrots
Crackers and cheese


Dinners
Su - Autumn Pork Roast (new) with sweet potatoes and steamed carrots
M - Roasted Veggie Stew, whole wheat bread
Tu - Leftovers
W - Lasagna Soup, whole wheat bread made into garlic toast
Th - Leftovers (clean out the fridge for the weekend)
F - Rehearsal dinner
Sa - Mindy and BJ's WEDDING!!!!!!

Sweet Treats
Apple Crisp
Celebratory Dessert... TBD.

  3. OK that picture of your sister. Is that your mom, in the hospital with nice clothes, ear rings and make up on after having your sister? Or is it someone else?

    And the food looks yummy:) I'm excited for the roasted veggie stew. I was looking for a recipe like that for this week.

    Looks like your family is going to have some terrific meals this week.
    I love MPM especially since my husband and I lost our jobs. I'm looking for inexpensive and healthy meals for our family of three.
