Menu Plan - January 2



We had such a fun week counting down to 2011!  Thank you for everyone who linked up their very best recipes of 2010.  I have found some great menu planning inspiration to start 2011.

Frog Prince and I spent most of the week hanging out together, playing lots and lots of games.  We ate:

This week, we're going simple and easy for the first week back to work.

Sunday
B - Potato Doughnuts {freezer}
D - Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu, Green Beans
Dessert - Mint Ice Cream Pie {leftover}

Monday
B - Sweet Potato Waffles, apples
D - Meatball Tortellini Soup, Kim's Rolls {new}

Tuesday
B - Pumpkin Spice Granola, craisins
D - Making dinner with my sister!

Wednesday
B - Orange Cranberry Muffins
D - Leftovers

Thursday
B - Oatmeal with blueberries and raspberries
D - Crockpot Lasgana {new}

Friday
B - Waffles of Insane Greatness {new}, raspberry sauce
D - Parmesan Crusted Chicken {new}, brown rice and broccoli

Saturday - Christmas at Grandma and Grandpa's!
B - Breakfast Pizza
D - Lots of yummy things -- I'm making wild rice stuffing.

  7. Everything looks delicious. I was just going to look for a Black Bean Brownie recipe. I am trying to shed a few pounds this year but still love my sweets and hear they are so good!
